The scholarships provided to this program are made possible through the generous support of donor contributions to ACHE’s Fund for Healthcare Leadership.

 

About the Career Launch Program

Our Career Launch Program is an immersive and dynamic course designed to empower the next generation of healthcare professionals. This completely virtual program will provide education and group coaching focused on three core pillars essential for emerging leaders: defining your path, differentiating yourself and growing your skills to meet the challenges of the healthcare industry.

Innovative Curriculum & Format

The Career Launch Program is an eight-week virtual program and includes these key features:

  • Formal leadership education offering the opportunity to earn up to 12 ACHE Virtual Interactive Education credits and continuing medical education credits for physicians, nurses and physician assistants
  • Practical training and real-world applications that teach confidence and essential management practices in healthcare
  • Collaborative virtual learning environment and group mentoring sessions

Career Launch Program Scholarships

A limited number of scholarships, provided by ACHE’s Fund for Healthcare Leadership, are available for the Career Launch Program for individuals whose organizations lack the resources to fully fund their tuition. A Career Launch Program scholarship applicant should be an early careerist who is within the first five years of their healthcare administration career.

Information on scholarship application dates will be coming in early 2026.
