It will offer practical applications and hands-on experiences to enhance mindful leadership presence, resilience and the ability to foster a positive and adaptive organizational culture for improved decision-making. Participants will explore deeper mindfulness techniques to cultivate self-awareness, emotional regulation and presence, and practical exercises will be included to integrate these practices into daily routines.
