Building Your Brand as a Healthcare Executive
Every executive has a brand, whether they realize it or not. It's what people think and say about them when they're not around and goes a long way toward determining how they succeed in their roles and careers. As such, executives need to be intentional about brand-building: thoughtful, proactive and genuine.
In this interactive webinar, panelists will discuss what a brand means to healthcare leaders, best practices for developing and evolving a brand throughout one's career (including how to leverage social media, sponsors, mentors, writing and speaking opportunities) as well as good and bad examples of healthcare executive brand-building. Time will be dedicated for Q&A with webinar attendees.
Learning Objectives:
- Grasp an understanding of what an executive brand is and how it can influence one's career in positive and negative ways.
- Learn practical techniques for intentionally developing one's brand to serve career objectives in healthcare and stay true to one's values and ethics.
- Consider how one's brand evolves over time and with higher levels of healthcare leadership as well as how to repair a damaged brand or strengthen the weak elements.
